Hi, I'm Derek. I've been creating art since 2010 and began integrating AI into my process in 2015.
 

My toolkit includes Photoshop, TouchDesigner, Unreal Engine, Blender, and various AI tools. Each plays a role in crafting layered, immersive works that explore themes of Technology, consciousness and transformation.

My art seeks to bridge the space between the individual and the collective, the digital and the cosmic. It's an invitation to reflect on the deeper connections between us and the universe.

In addition to digital art, I have a deep interest in geology and minerals.
In 2014, while exploring the Oregon wilderness with a friend, I independently discovered a thunderegg deposit through my own surveying and staked a claim on the location, which I still hold today.

Since then, I've continued to collect and share my stones through my Etsy shop, Dragons Den Minerals. 
This ongoing work is rooted in the same curiosity and wonder that inspire my creative practice.
